At Stonedead Festival, I am responsible for managing the entire video production department. This includes overseeing the setup and operation of the IMAG screens as well as coordinating a comprehensive six-camera multicam production with a live director.

As a freelance camera operator, I am regularly contracted by larger production companies to support their creative teams. One of my key collaborators is Vision Events, one of Scotland’s leading AV companies, renowned for delivering exceptional quality and service.
They have entrusted me to bring a creative and professional approach to their video productions.
My recent work includes projects for clients such as Lloyds Bank, IP&I Live, and the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP).
These productions are typically live-streamed events, attracting hundreds of real-time viewers and demanding a high level of technical precision and adaptability.
They have entrusted me to bring a creative and professional approach to their video productions.

Showcase Productions is one of the longest-running events I have been involved with since its inception. The event provides tribute artists with the opportunity to perform in front of agents and entertainment bookers, offering valuable exposure within the industry.
Over the course of the three-day event, our team manages the full audiovisual setup — including cameras, vision mixing desks, and recording hardware — to capture every performance in full HD.
Each artist receives a professionally produced video for promotional use. A dedicated director oversees live mixing in real time, ensuring a seamless and polished final production that reflects the high standards of the event.

Over the past few years, I have worked closely with Piper Music Management, a leading production company based in the Northwest. My role has focused on delivering comprehensive video production services for their Christmas light switch-on events.
This typically includes managing the full camera setup, operating live switching equipment, and providing video feeds to the on-stage IMAG screens. In addition, we record each event in full, ensuring a high-quality capture that reflects the professionalism and festive atmosphere of the production.

Working in theatres—especially the iconic Winter Gardens Blackpool—is always a pleasure. For this project, we were tasked with supplying cameras, vision mixing, and screen output for the fantastic Let’s Go Sing! team. Our live camera work elevated the experience for the audience of proud parents and relatives.
Let’s Go Sing! provides inspiring musical opportunities for school children, helping them learn songs across a variety of styles and build up to performing on a large stage in front of a packed audience.
